Prior to placing an online order for a pie, please send me an email message. I will then confirm that the ingredients are available and that I can accommodate your order. (Please place your order by the Tuesday preceding the Saturday morning Anderson Township Farmers' Market. Orders placed after Tuesday may not be able to be filled for that Saturday, but I will do my best!) I make each pie entirely by hand and it therefore takes a certain amount of time to complete. When it comes to pies, excellence wins over shortcuts! ***Pick-up during the off-season of the Anderson Township Farmer's Market is at my licensed home bakery in Anderson Township.***
